We took the kids to Batsto Village today for a picnic and a history lesson. The weather was excellent with clear skies and a warm (for December anyway) 53 degrees. I suggest that anyone interested in New Jersey history visit Batsto Village as it is very interesting. I suggest doing it between Labor Day and Memorial day though as the paperwork I picked up today stated that parking would be $10 during the warmer months.
